Epilepsy Halton Peel has selected the Square One Adult Centre to participate in a special pilot project. Teaching Awareness through Puppetry involves putting on a live production using puppets in order to teach seniors sensitivity, awareness and understanding of disabilities and differences. Following each performance, attendees are given the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and assist in dispelling myths surrounding epilepsy and other medical conditions. |
